I can tell you first-hand how critical it is to make sure you do the steps to ensure you are correctly implementing an estate plan. So that other beneficiaries don’t have to question what you are doing, they don’t start hiring attorneys and coming after you personally. It is not enough just to think that you are doing it right, you need to make sure it’s being done right. I am going to produce a series of videos that’s going to explain step-by-step the things that I am going through to help you, to make sure that you get it done correctly. You want to have the peace of mind and the protection to know that you’re doing the job the way was it designed to be done.

Contact us today and set up an appointment to help you make sure you are correctly implementing an estate plan.

We offer a many different resources and pamphlets on the subject of creating, updating and to help you make sure you are correctly implementing an estate plan. We also offer a regularly scheduled seminar in our office to help people determine what the best options are for them in their estate planning needs. We hope you sign up for one of our seminars to help you find your best options. We regularly conduct free seminars designed to teach about the benefits of creating an estate plan. The seminars are held on-site at our Anaheim office inside of our “classroom”. We offer light snacks and refreshments to the attendees and the group is often small and intimate, which allows for questions to be asked comfortably and for a very relaxed environment. Please encourage your loved ones to attend the seminar so that they may learn more about the estate planning process and benefits.
