Orange County Estate Planning Attorney James F. Roberts discusses the importance of continuing education for estate planning.

Continuing Education and What That Means For Our Clients

In order for an attorney in California to stay current they have to complete 23 hours of continuing education per year (every third year they must complete 25 hours of continuing education. This is what the state bar mandates to maintain being current on the law. Each one of the presenters in the video and members of the team have had in excess of 150 hours of continuing education in the last year. This is important because it allows us to constantly learn new techniques and to keep up-to-date on the laws as they may have slightly changed over time or radically changed at times as well. We strive to ensure that we are always providing experienced attorneys who maintain the most up-to-date techniques through continuing education for our clients. Contact us today and set up an appointment.

We offer a many different resources and pamphlets on the subject of creating, updating and implementing estate plans. We also offer a regularly scheduled seminar in our office to help people determine what the best options are for them in their estate planning needs. We hope you sign up for one of our seminars to help you find your best options. We regularly conduct free seminars designed to teach about the benefits of creating an estate plan. Please encourage your loved ones to attend the seminar so that they may learn more about the estate planning process and benefits.
