A and B Trusts

A type of sub trust that splits into two trusts at the death of the first spouse. The trust splits when one spouse dies – trust A is the survivor's trust, and trust B is the decedent's trust. The surviving spouse can continue to make changes to in trust A but has less control of the B trust.
