James F. Roberts is the founder of one of Orange County’s premier estate planning law firms. Since 1981, Jim has led the firm in helping more than 11,000 clients protect their families, preserve their assets, and gain peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. After witnessing the emotional and financial toll poor planning can have on families, Jim dedicated his career to helping clients avoid probate, minimize unnecessary taxes, and prepare for life’s unexpected challenges.

Jim was raised in Whittier. He graduated from University of California, Davis and earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
