Emily-Gallardo

Emily Gallardo was born and raised in Orange County and grew up in the City of Orange, where she currently resides with her family. Emily attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Legal Studies and Ethnic Studies, building a strong foundation in legal principles, critical analysis, and cultural awareness.

During her senior year at UC Berkeley, Emily interned as a Paralegal Intern with Oasis Legal Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting low-income LGBTQ+ immigrants seeking asylum in the United States. In this role, she worked closely with clients throughout the asylum process, assisting with personal declarations, conducting interviews in Spanish, and serving as an interpreter for staff.

In her current role, Emily supports both client reactivation efforts and legal casework. She assists with client outreach, helping individuals stay informed and engaged in their estate planning, and works closely with attorneys to prepare petitions, draft legal documents, and ensure case materials are accurate and complete.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys staying active through working out and hiking, spending time outdoors, reading, baking, and being with family, friends, and her boyfriend.
