Undue Influence

Refers to outside pressures which stop someone from being able to act freely in their decision making. Undue influence may happen when someone is isolated from others, dependent on one person, or is afraid or distrustful of others, or some other forms of manipulation. If proven in a Will Contest, this can make the Will invalid.
