Executor

Someone named in a Will as the person who makes sure the instructions in the Will are followed. The executor is either appointed by the court or by the deceased person. An executor is responsible for taking care of financial obligations of the estate, distributing property, paying bills and taxes, and carrying out last wishes according to the Will.
